After years of working on others’ farms, Luis Otavio Turati’s father, Jose, established their own farm, Novo Horizonte, in Serra da Canastra, South Minas. Situated at 1100 meters near a National Park, the family focuses on careful selection and quality control, led by Luis. This lot features naturally processed Yellow Catuaí cherries dried on cement patios for over three weeks, ensuring rich, sweet flavors in every cup.
