Full City Roast

Big, bold, and unapologetically chocolatey, Sítio da Pedra is here to remind you why Brazil is the heavyweight champ of cozy, nutty coffee.

We took this one to a Full City roast, dialing up the deep, dark sweetness and that nostalgic chocolate-bar richness. Think dark chocolate with puffed rice, baking cocoa, and a roasted almond crunch. It's smooth, thick-bodied, and makes one heck of an espresso.

There’s still some fun complexity under the hood too with notes of brown sugar, almond taffy, and those chewy sesame candies from your childhood. But make no mistake: this is comfort coffee at its finest.

Heavy body, low acidity, and endlessly drinkable. Pair it with milk, pull it as a shot, or just drink it black and feel very cool about it.

About the Source
Sítio da Pedra is a family-run farm located in the Pedralva region of Southern Minas Gerais, Brazil. Nestled in the Mantiqueira de Minas mountains at an elevation of up to 1200 meters, the farm is planted with several coffee varieties, and this lot is a standout Yellow Bourbon.

Managed by Luciano José Braga and his sons, Sítio da Pedra has been in the family for generations. This lot was dry processed, highlighting the region’s ideal climate for natural coffees. The farm also experiments with other processing methods like pulp natural and anaerobic, but naturals from this area consistently showcase depth, balance, and classic Brazilian character.
